This office facility is designed to meet the needs of small and medium sized businesses. The offices have been converted from stone-built farm buildings to give a very high quality, English finish, with modern office facilities including meeting rooms, individual business office areas and much more to meet the businesses requirement. The location is very close to the M40 and A34 as well as nearby good rail locations such as the Bicester Village Train Station.
SPEL designed and manufactured one of our SPEL Purafluent package sewage treatment plants for this project. The requirement was for a package sewage treatment plant that would treat the sewage waste from the 250 office workers (with no canteen facility), 10 domestic residents and 10 shower facilities. The discharge effluent standard required by the Environment Agency was 20:30:10 (expressed as mg/l BOD:SS:Ammonia). The SPEL Tankstor used for this sewage treatment plant was a single SPEL Tankstor 400 Series (2.6m diameter) with 45,500 litres capacity.

For larger flow rates and/or for stricter discharge consents, SPEL often design a system involving multiple tanks. Alongside our sewage treatment specialist, SPEL can design a system to suit your requirement for any projects with a population in excess of 100 people.
